Jen Tolo’s boot-camp is challenging and fun!  I have been through two of her 8 week sessions, meeting twice a week at the most amazing locations (all with water views)!  Each week brings on new challenges and takes advantage of everything the location offers…hills, beach, baseball diamonds and basketball courts.  I have to admit, I was terrified at the start of the first session.  After being sedentary for ten years, I wasn’t sure I could keep up.  Jen Tolo’s coaching style was exactly what I needed to stick with it!  She is very deliberate when training…teaching proper form to prevent injury.  Jen has an amazing ability to push me to a point that I would NEVER reach on my own…without over-doing it and risking injury.  Perhaps, what I love most of all, is the comradery of the group.  Everyone is so supportive and encouraging of each other…we share many laughs!  Thanks to the boot-camp, I am stronger, have more energy and feel so much better mentally!  It’s a blast, and I’m hooked!
