You’ve heard of Insanity (TM)? Well.. this is BFW “HIIT Inspiration”
This will be a High Intensity Interval based workout 5 days a week for 2 weeks. Classes will be early 7am Sunday and 5:45a M-Th, but if you can’t make one, the workout will be sent to you.
Sunday-Thursday week 1: Day 1=Total Body HIIT, Day 2= Cardio/core, Day 3= Cardio HIIT, Day 4= Total Body HIIT, Day 5= Cardio HIIT. (Rest/ Recover on Friday, Yoga/stretch and/or walk on own Saturday).
Sunday- Thursday Week 2: Same as above
High Intensity Interval Training is a challenging way to rev up the metabolism, improve cardiovascular performance and see big strength and cardio gains in a small amount of time. It is INTENSE so is best done under the supervision of a personal trainer vs watching videos and following in order to be safe, prevent injury and maximize results with good form. Best to have exercised some previously vs. as a start up to exercise. THIS IS A PLATEAU BUSTER… Shake things up and challenge yourself! (35-45 minutes a day… thats it!)

Mindful Eating Reset Cleanse- $125/ 4 week program, 2 week elimination with 2 week mindful add in/ back of foods. Perfect way to detoxify the body, tap back in to its messages and reconnect with you food, your body and you.
