Class Descriptions:

Bootcamp:  A total body workout involving calesthenics, plyometrics, running, kickboxing, resistance training and more.  This high intensity training is held outdoors a number of different uplifting scenic locations: Memorial Park, Stavros Reservation, Conomo Point and Chebacco Lake.

Teen Fusion
:  A fun, freeing, energizing class for girls Gr 6-10 involving simple dance combinations, kickboxing, yoga, pilates & resistance training.  It is a fusion of exercises blended with pumping music that makes you want to move.

Kids on the Move
: A fun, dynamic class for kids Gr 1-4 that incorporates kickboxing, dance/movement,  obstacle courses, circuits, game play and yoga to keep kids moving, and improve endurance, flexibility and strength.

Boys Circuit Training:  A fun class designed for boys Gr 5-8 who want to learn to SAFELY strength train & improve cardio endurance.  This class involves jump ropes, calisthenics, balls, resistance tubing, dumbbells & more.

Energy Zone: A class for Grade Pre-k and K involving active play through games, obstacle course and yoga.

PIYO KICK:  A blend of pilates, yoga and kickboxing, all done on a yoga mat for a total mind and body workout.

Color Me Yoga:  A dynamic, interactive, centering class to expose kids to the  wonders of yoga in a non traditional, fun, freeing way. 

Teen Spin & Sculpt:  A class designed for teens with pumping music, lots of energy involving 40 minutes on the spin bike and 20 minutes of resistance training and ab work.  Boys and girls welcome!

NEW!   School and Community Enrichment Program (Health and Fitness)
Food and Body Processing - A look at nutrition and fitness through active learning:  
It is a two part program, each 30 minutes for a total of 1-2 hours.  One part is fitness games related to nutrition. The classroom part is a active lesson on nutrition and eating close to the earth.  We will learn about food processing and it's effects on food and process food using a juicer.
